Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  2. Unused Plans: If the eSIM plan has not been activated or used in any way.

B. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. Partially Used Plans: Once any data, voice, or SMS services from the plan have been used.
  2. Coverage Issues: If the service is inaccessible due to lack of coverage in specific areas. Please check the coverage availability before purchase.
  3. User Error: Incorrect installation, configuration, or misuse of the eSIM.
  4. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for discretionary changes of mind after purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds.
